Year End Accounts & Tax for Small Businesses in Oxfordshire

Andy qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse Coopers in 1995 in the small business division, then spent the next 10 years in industry, most recently as European financial controller for video conferencing company Polycom, which grew from $20M to $125M in just 4 years. The practice was set up in 2005 to promote big company thinking for local Oxford companies which have high growth aspirations. A new and very affordable "year end accounts and tax service" was launched in summer 2009 in response to many enquiries from local small businesses who were being charged fees which seemed to bear no resemblance to their size. It's been quite a hit !

Andy is a keen skier, scuba diver and mountain biker but since becoming a dad to two very young children has had to take up gardening and baby sitting instead.

Kate lives in nearby Thame and is both an FCCA and a CTA

She has 10 years working in practice firstly auditing owner managed businesses, then 2 years spent in a tax department preparing personal tax returns and company tax returns. She then spent a further 3 years spent working in Industry, firstly as a financial accountant for McCormick UK Ltd then a a financial controller for their division Jenks Sales Brokers. After having her first child she returned to Jenks as their Tax Accountant on a part - time basis.

Her main hobby is keeping fit. She enjoys running, swimming and spinning classes and whilst at home enjoys cooking and going out for meals with friends and family

Emily qualified as an ACA with Cannon Moorcroft, a small accountancy firm in High Wycombe, where she worked for 7 years specialising in small business accounts and tax returns.

She then set up her own business to help accountants and their clients choose the right kind of accounts / bookkeeping software and then teach them to use it and produced a series of video training material.
