Andy qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse Coopers in 1995 in the small business division, then spent the next 10 years in industry, most recently as European
financial controller for video conferencing company Polycom, which grew from $20M to $125M in just 4 years. The practice was set up in 2005 to promote big company thinking for local Oxford companies
which have high growth aspirations. A new and very affordable "year end accounts and tax service" was launched in summer 2009 in response to many enquiries from local small businesses who were being
charged fees which seemed to bear no resemblance to their size. It's been very popular !
Andy is a keen skier, scuba diver and mountain biker but ever since becoming a dad to two very adorable children has had to take up gardening and taxi driving instead. He has now however, proudly
completed the couch to 5k challenge during lockdown becoming a regular at Park Run and also taken up wild swimming.
